Mr. Roberson practices law in Maryland focusing on tax law, business law, wealth preservation, asset protection, trust & estates and charitable giving.  Mr. Roberson advises individuals, corporations and trusts on tax, international business transactions, and assists borrowers seeking funding in complicated financing transactions.  Mr. Roberson advises individuals, corporations and trusts on tax, domestic and internationally regarding business transactions, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and assists borrowers seeking funding in complicated financing transactions.

Mr. Roberson was managing partner of The Roberson Group, PLLC, a certified public accounting firm in Washington, D.C.  The group specialized in providing Tax, Wealth Management and Business Advisory Services to high net worth individuals, corporations, trusts and sovereign governments;

Over the past 35 years he has developed a unique background in wealth preservation and taxation.   Mr. Roberson has developed a reputation for speed, dependability and integrity.  He is devoted to providing exceptional quality and outstanding client service.  He has a strong work ethic, ability to interpret complex regulatory matters and ability to analyze problems and provide creative, practical, legal solutions.

Mr. Roberson received both his B.S. and J.D. degrees from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and a Masters of Laws (LL.M.), in Taxation from Quinnipiac College, in Hamden, Connecticut.  He is a Certified Public Accountant in New York, the District of Columbia and is pending renewal in Maryland. He is a member of the New York Bar, the New Jersey Bar and Maryland Bar and admitted to the United States Tax Court, the Court of International Trade and the US Supreme Court.  He also holds both a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) professional designations from the American College of Financial Services in Bryn Marr, Pennsylvania. Mr. Roberson was also a member of the 1976 Indiana University Basketball Team that went 32-0
