A California native, Jerry left after high school to pursue Accounting and Master of Business degrees from Westminster College of Salt Lake City, followed by a law degree at the Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University. During his first year in law school, he earned an Academic Scholarship, and developed a love for the law with a particular interest in bankruptcy matters. During his final year of law school, Jerry clerked for one of Northwestern Ohio’s finest bankruptcy firms and was privileged to serve as an extern for Justice Evelyn Lundberg Stratton of the Supreme Court of Ohio.
Returning to California after law school, Jerry accepted an offer at a leading tax, business and estate planning law firm in the Central Valley. His experience there led him to an excellent litigation firm and prepared him to found the Law Office of Jerry R. Lowe. While helping small business owners navigate through difficult financial circumstances, Jerry discovered a passion for helping his clients preserve their hard earned assets.
